CONDITIONS

 

    -We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leather, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, and sequins.

     
    -In laundering we cannot guarantee against color bleeding or color loss and shrinkage: or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. It is the customer’s responsibility for the items placed in laundry bag, and we are not responsible for items placed in laundry bag that will be damaged by our laundry process. We use front load washers and dryers, which is a gentle process and damage is NOT typical. We wash thousands of pounds weekly without incident.

     
    -Stains present a challenge due to many factors, such as the chemical reaction with cloth, length of time, heat exposure, and delicacy of fabric. Although we cannot guarantee that stains will be remove or that we can prevent colors from bleeding or against any other damage, we will use our judgment based on industry standards for the method to treat the garment. These special care items will incur additional charges.

     
    -Differences in count must be reported within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanies the bundle, our count must be accepted.

     
    -The company’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our cost for processing it.

     
    -We are not responsible for articles not claimed, unclaimed garments will be handled in accordance with New York regulations

     
    -Additional services or if over plan weight; account will be prorated and automatically billed. You will receive an email invoice for all billings

     
    -Account balance and laundry usages may be checked at any time by asking our driver or calling our phone during normal business hours

     
    -If your laundry is less than 8 pounds, please limit service to once per week, instead of every service day. There will be an 8 pound minimum per order

     
    -Laundry plans include 1 laundry bag, additional, replacement or damaged Laundry Bags will be charged $10.00 each

     
    -Denied charges/Chargebacks on Credit or Debit Cards Card have a $50.00 fee by financial institution

     
    -Returned checks have a $50.00 fee by financial institution

     
    -Payment due upon receipt, unpaid balances after 21 days will incur a fee of 10% or $20.00, whichever is greater, and will increase by the same for each 21 day unpaid period

Refund Policy

 

Services may be cancelled at any time by notifying Bizzy Bodies in writing. A 6% processing fee will apply (this fee is charged by merchant services). Cancellations received after classes have started will be refunded according to the following schedule and percent of plan used.

 

 

Service Week 1-3             75% Refund

Service Week 4-7             60% refund

Service Week 8-15           NO REFUND

 

*** Please note that service weeks are those weeks that the truck has been on campus to provide services !
